Any cleaning that is scheduled during a weather event that could risk employee safety or equipment damage will be rescheduled. This includes but is not limited to lightning, or related severe weather, sub-freezing temperatures, or excessive snowfall. Communication will be sent to notify customers of the cancellation and rescheduling.

We will automatically schedule your cleaning for the day AFTER your waste pickup to ensure your bins are empty. Just select your waste pickup day, and we do the rest.

You do not need to be home on your scheduled cleaning day. However, your bins MUST BE ACCESSIBLE on the day of your scheduled cleaning. If your HOA requires your bins to be hidden from view, we will retrieve the bins from your preferred location and return them after they are cleaned. 

One-time and quarterly cleans are beneficial; our monthly service plan yields the best results for optimal odor removal and pathogen neutralization. 

Yes, however, customers cancelling the monthly plan before three (3) visits, or the quarterly plan before two (2) visits, will be charged the difference of a one-time clean.

You will receive a text reminder of payment and service the morning of your scheduled service day.
