Customer Service Agreement – Clean Bin Pro LLC
By scheduling services with Clean Bin Pro LLC, you agree to the following:
Pricing: Monthly - $20 for the first bin, $5 per additional bin, unless otherwise stated and/or a promotional offer is applied. Then the regular payment cycle returns
Quarterly - $45 for the first bin, $5 per additional bin, unless otherwise stated and/or a promotional offer is applied. Then the regular payment cycle returns.
One-time - $75 for the first two (2) bins, $5 per additional bin, unless otherwise stated and/or a promotional offer is applied.
Services Provided: We clean outdoor trash and recycling bins using high-temperature water and pressure equipment.
Quarterly - $45 for the first bin, $5 per additional bin, unless otherwise stated and/or a promotional offer is applied. Then the regular payment cycle returns.
One-time - $75 for the first two (2) bins, $5 per additional bin, unless otherwise stated and/or a promotional offer is applied.
Services Provided: We clean outdoor trash and recycling bins using high-temperature water and pressure equipment.
Service frequency is available in monthly, quarterly, or one-time options.
Services are weather-dependent and may be rescheduled due to unsafe conditions.
Cancellations: Cancel anytime. One-time services must be canceled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. Recurring plans require 7 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.
Monthly plans require a minimum of three (3) visits, one visit per month. If canceled before, the customer agrees to pay the remaining balance of a one-time clean.
Quarterly plans require a minimum of two (2) visits, one visit per month. If canceled before, the customer agrees to pay the remaining balance of a one-time clean.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service for:
-Non-payment
-Unsafe conditions
-Violation of these terms

Access: Bins must be free of loose waste, hazardous waste such as paint, grease, or oil, curbside, and accessible by 8:00 AM on your scheduled service day. Inaccessible bins may result in a skipped service with no refund.
Bins must have no more than one (1) item of bagged waste.
Missed appointments due to inaccessible bins, lack of cancellation notice, loose waste, more than one item of bagged waste, hazardous waste, or previously damaged bins may be charged in full according to the customer's service plan chosen.
Clean Bin Pro is not responsible for delays caused by municipal waste collection changes.
Bins must have no more than one (1) item of bagged waste.
Missed appointments due to inaccessible bins, lack of cancellation notice, loose waste, more than one item of bagged waste, hazardous waste, or previously damaged bins may be charged in full according to the customer's service plan chosen.

Payment: Payment is due at booking. Recurring services will be billed automatically the morning of service until canceled.
By signing up for recurring service, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on the agreed schedule until canceled.

Declined payments may result in service suspension or cancellation until payment is received.
Prices are subject to change; we will provide notice of changes before your next billing cycle.
Liability: We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing defects, manufacturer flaws, or misuse of bins. Our liability is limited to the service fee paid in the past 12 months.
Wastewater Disposal: All wastewater is collected and disposed of in compliance with Michigan law.
